                           - Come On Over tied Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill as the
                              best selling album of all-time by a female artist. COO also tied
                             Garth Brooks' No Fences as the best selling country album of
                              all-time with 16 Million sales certified (U.S.) by the RIAA.

                       • First world tour ends in December.
                          - Shania is country music's strongest headliner act in 10 years!
                            Attendance and profits plummeted for country shows this past
                            year...except in Shania's case! Shania's two year tour grossed $63.6
                            Million.

                       2000 - In March, Come On Over passes Garth Brooks' No Fences and
                             becomes the best selling country album of all-time with 17 Million
                             sales certified (U.S.) by the RIAA.
COO also passes Alanis Morrisette's
                             Jagged Little Pill and becomes the best selling album of all-time by
                             a solo female artist.
 
                           On December 1, The Woman In Me is 12 Million sales certified (U.S.) by
                             the RIAA.

                             In December, Come On Over is 18 Million sales certified (U.S.) by the
                             RIAA.

                      2001 - Shania gives birth to her first child on August 12th. A baby boy named Eja.

                      2002 - On March 19, Come On Over is 19 Million sales certified (U.S.) by the RIAA.
                       • Shania returns to the spotlight as she gives a fantanstic performance of
                            "I'm Gonna Getcha Good!" at the CMA Awards on November 6th.
                       • Shania's fourth CD, UP! is released on November 19th.

     
                     - UP! debuts at #1 on The Billboard 200 Album Chart and stays atop the chart
                             for five straight weeks.
                        • Shania performs during the 2002 Grey Cup Halftime Show in Edmonton, Alberta
                           Canada on November 24th.

                       2003 - Shania performs during the Super Bowl XXXVII Halftime Show in
                             San Diego, California on January 26th.

                          • Shania's Up! World Tour kicks off in Hamilton, Ontario Canada September 25.

In December, UP! is 10 Million sales certified (U.S.) by the RIAA.
                             - Shania becomes the Best Selling Female Country Artist in history and the

                             • On November 2, Shania visits the Shania Twain Centre in Timmins for the first
                               time since opening in 2001.
